Merry Christmas everyone! I am back in Seattle with my family over Christmas, and it is beautiful (albeit rainy) here. For our Christmas party I made a Giant Mont Blanc which is probably the most elaborate dessert I have ever created. It was festive and massive and honestly not that hard! I think if I had large enough ring molds I could have gotten the meringues a little bit more perfect, but the marscapone-laden whipped cream covers a lot of sins. The secret mocha pudding in the middle is also a delight.

Cutting it was kind of a problem though, I think in the future I’ll get the knife really hot before attempting because this mountain quickly collapsed. Still, delicious and pretty 8/10 would recommend.
