Thanksgiving was wonderful and it was great to be back home, but it was also nice to have a few days back on my apartment before jumping into the real world again. My parents got me a set of Lodge iron pans for Christmas, which came as a regular package and I just couldn’t resist opening them. So on Sunday we broke them in with Sam Sifton’s pan pizza.
(I mean come on, look at these beautiful things!)
Dough is a little thick around the edges, which is my fault, but the dough recipe made 3 so that just means more pizza later!
Later Gnocchi helped me lose to Autumn at Wingspan.
